Shipping Policy

ClickerLeash.com utilizes a Canada Post shipping module to maximize flexibility with your delivery options.

Important Information

  • Although the delivery times stated are generally accurate, they are estimates only. ClickerLeash.com has no control of shipping time once the package has been turned over to the carrier.
  • If you require rush shipping, please indicate so in the comments box when checking out. We will contact you before we charge any additional rush shipping fees to your credit card.
  • Shipping time does not include Saturday, Sunday or any Statutory Holidays.
  • For shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, please see our returns page.
  • If your order contains any backordered products, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for additional shipping fees.
  • Undeliverable packages, that require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs charges.
